Don’t aim for large, one-time upgrades. Run steady, incremental loops — each one clear about which part of the path it improves, which hypothesis it tests, and whether the product actually got better.
When this loop runs consistently (every 2–4 weeks), the product’s core path often looks significantly different in six months — steadily smoother and more efficient.
